About this guide

Palau Sardinia is an independent guide to one harbour and the archipelago in front of it. We cover one place so we can cover it properly.

What we do

We explain the choices that actually decide a trip here: which kind of boat suits you, which beaches you can land on, how the park rules work, and how the wind changes the day. Where a booking helps, we point you to tours we would book ourselves.

How we keep it accurate

Park rules, quotas and fees change every season. We take them from primary sources wherever we can: the national park’s own rules and notices, the Comune di La Maddalena’s landing-fee regulation, the ferry companies’ timetables and fare tables, the Comune di Palau for parking, and the official sites of each attraction. Tour prices come from the live listings on GetYourGuide. Each page shows the date it was last checked; we re-check everything before the season starts. Where a figure comes from a report rather than an official source, we say so.
